Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families

  • Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment approaches

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and trainings

  • Maintain ethical standards in accordance with licensing regulations

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active license (or associate license, if applicable) in one of the following:

    • LMFT / AMFT

    • LCSW / ASW

    • LPCC / APCC

    • PsyD or PhD (Psychology)

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania.

  • Experience providing psychotherapy services

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices

  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Comfort working with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMDRIA EMDR certification, EMDR training in progress

  • Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relational issues

  • Interest in ongoing professional growth and specialization

Technology & Systems

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Calendar)

  • Willingness to learn and use our EHR and scheduling system (training provided)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote and/or hybrid environment (if applicable)
